At Kimberly G. Montanari, Attorney at Law, my focus is on helping families in Simpsonville, SC, navigate some of life’s most challenging moments with clarity, compassion, and care. My journey began not in law, but in education, where I worked with special needs children and saw how deeply a child’s success depends on stability at home. That experience inspired me to pursue a legal career devoted to helping families build stronger foundations.
After earning my Paralegal Degree from the University of San Diego, I discovered a passion for law and obtained my Juris Doctor from Stetson University in 1994. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995, the North Carolina Bar in 1997, and the South Carolina Bar in 1999. Since then, I have been privileged to serve families across Greenville County and surrounding areas, offering experienced legal guidance in divorce, custody, child and spousal support, modifications, enforcement, and adoptions.
What truly sets my practice apart is my personal involvement in every case. I don’t delegate my clients’ cases to paralegals or associates; I work directly with each client, ensuring clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and compassionate advocacy every step of the way.
My philosophy is simple: families deserve thorough legal services that promote stability and practical solutions. I take a hands-on approach to every matter, working towards beneficial outcomes for parents and their children.
